There are 100's of trails and 1000's of mile of backcountry 4x4 roads in southern California. Most of
the trails are a drive from the major population areas. Many of the roads are rated as easy and can
be driving in a stock 4x4 with good ground clearance in good weather conditions. Other trails are
double black diamond, most difficult rate offering world class rock crawling sections and extreme
driving challenges. Southern California offers four wheelers and outdoor enthusiasts the most
extensive and varied backcountry driving experiences in the world.
