Trail Rating: Easy
Willow Creek Jeep Trail  4x4 trail offers an easy backcountry 4x4 drive with several more
difficult options. Willow Creek Jeep Trail cross terrain burnt in the 1999 Willows fire, but still
provides spectacular views and varied terrain. Willow Creek is Forest Service Road 2N34 and
ends at Dishpan Springs at Deep Creek, which is a most difficult rated trail the terminates to the
east at 3N16, at Crab Flat. A side trip to Devil's Hole is an interesting drive, but the trail
becomes a single track motorcycle trail at Devil's Hole.  Two points of interest on this trail are
the Splinter's Cabin and Squint Ranch. From the west, the trail becomes very difficult after
crossing the bridge at Deep Creek. Access from Highway 173 northwest of Lake Arrowhead and
from 3N16 north of Running Springs at Crab Flat. The drive from Crab Flat becomes difficult, but
the challenging sections are mostly downhill from the east to the west.
